Approved High School Baseball Bats BBCOR RatingHigh School Baseball Bats must now have the BBCOR rating on them. The National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS), has changed the high school bat rules to match NCAA rules. This means bats illegal in college baseball will now be illegal in High School starting in as the 2012 season (some will enforce the rule in 2011). The NCAA began banning 100% composite bats last year.
